I did SOMETHING instead of NOTHING

Well today I woke up at 9am ate breakfast then cleaned the house. At 12 O’Clock on the dot I woke up Steven so we could eat lunch and go to workout.

BUT

Steven was still sleepy so He went back to bed and I ate lunch and at 1:30 I woke him up.
I was so ready to go workout but…..

We had to do soooo much stuff around the house and go shopping. I was so upset that I didn’t get to workout.

BUTTTT

I made the most of the situation and still did my squats/side-bends/and workout tape. It wasnt what I wanted to do but I did do something. After I get done writing this I’m going for round two on the tape then crunches and and more squats.

I’m so happy with myself because I am doing this….Before I lived with my parents and they were not as supportive as I needed them to be but now that I moved away and live with my boyfriend i have done so Great. I have lost 1.8 pounds in 4 days. I’m soooo happy with myself. \

MY workout was…

GREAT I went to the club house with Steven and I focused on my legs today and I did a great job.

The only thing is me getting on the scale. I have only been doing this for three days but I wanted to see how I was doing ( I know thats bad) but I did and I lost 1.2 pounds. Steven Hid the scale from me so I am good now…. I think

I made a list of what I am going to eat for the week with the help of steven. I am so excited about this and how good I been doing because back in the day I would be dreading this and be so so sooooo not happy I wanted to be SKINNY PERIOD I just thought the weight was going to slide off (IDK) but I know better now and its good to have a goal and REALLY  work at it…

So Far So Good

Things have been going great. I have been going to the club house to work out but everything I need is not there. I walk twice a day once in the morning and the other after I eat. I try to get in a jog here and there but I am not close to jogging fully yet but I know I will be there as long as I keep up what I’m doing.

Since I just moved here I didnt have anything in my fridge. So since we had to go shopping for FOOD I did not by anything that will mess me up. I have been drinking 4 bottles of water a day. When I cook I try to make health meals and so far “okay” I need to learn more things to cook. LOL

I am also trying to set four goal each week and so far so good, it hasnt been a week yet but I have done everything thats on my goal list.

GOALS:

1. drink water at least 3 times a day

2.workout everyday no matter what

3.compliment myself everyday

4. write down everything I eat

I’m So READY

Well I’m new on “BS” as I see a lot of people call it.   I have been doing my own “diet” but I have not been working out like I need to. I just moved so that makes working out hard because I don’t know this area to find a nice gym or anything like that. But I wasnt motivated enough to go but I am so ready now.   I am going to start working out at the fitness center thingy I have at my complex with my boyfriend Steven.   I am so so ready to get myself right. I have never everrrr been any kind on “little” “skinny” or whatever you want to call it. From my childhood I have been bigger than the other kids my age. I am tall (5′11) so when I say what I weigh people do not believe me(most is in my thighs and arms(i think)) . I have not weighed myself in like a month so I dont know what I weigh. I was at like 315 last time I checked but I have to go and buy a scale tomorrow so I can really know.  I hope to befriend people on here
