I did SOMETHING instead of NOTHING
Well today I woke up at 9am ate breakfast then cleaned the house. At 12 O’Clock on the dot I woke up Steven so we could eat lunch and go to workout.
BUT
Steven was still sleepy so He went back to bed and I ate lunch and at 1:30 I woke him up.
I was so ready to go workout but…..
We had to do soooo much stuff around the house and go shopping. I was so upset that I didn’t get to workout.
BUTTTT
I made the most of the situation and still did my squats/side-bends/and workout tape. It wasnt what I wanted to do but I did do something. After I get done writing this I’m going for round two on the tape then crunches and and more squats.
I’m so happy with myself because I am doing this….Before I lived with my parents and they were not as supportive as I needed them to be but now that I moved away and live with my boyfriend i have done so Great. I have lost 1.8 pounds in 4 days. I’m soooo happy with myself. \
